THREE WINES, THREE COLOURS, THREE EMOTIONS

A sensory journey into the heart of the Collio

Sauvignon green: nature's vibrant energy. Pinot Grigio violet: elegance in nuance. Collio Bianco pale gold: harmony in the whole.

Land, Nature, and Time: The Signature of Terroir

These three wines are authentic voices of our origins. They speak of a singular landscape shaped by the ponca, the local marlstone that lends our wines their unmistakable savoury minerality. They speak of nature, of an exceptional microclimate sheltered by the hills and gently brushed by sea breezes. And they speak of time: the vine's seasonal cycle, and the quiet, hard-won patience of ageing in the cellar. Together, they create a harmony of sensations that invites you to slow down, live fully in the moment, and taste the very soul of this land.

Collio Bianco Doc Collio

50% Chardonnay
50% Friulano
Collio Bianco is the purest expression of our terroir: a blend that often brings together the finest grapes—Friulano and Chardonnay—to create a wine of remarkable complexity. Here, “Bianco" means light: the perfect fusion of elements, seamlessly woven into one harmonious whole. Silky and enveloping on the palate, it opens in layers—exotic fruit and meadow flowers first, then warmer, gently spicy nuances. Generous yet poised, it is a wine with real depth and presence, finishing long, persistent, and truly memorable.

Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights
Nose
Floral aromas alongside warm fruity notes (apple, pear) typical of the Collio
Palate
Structured and layered, broad and deep on the palate, with a gentle, refreshing acidity
Food pairings
Highly versatile - from the aperitivo through more substantial dishes. Excellent with oven-baked fish and first-course pastas and risottos

Sauvignon Doc Collio

100% Sauvignon
The “green” of our Sauvignon is not just a visual cue—it captures the wine's essence: vibrant, energetic, and unmistakably alive. It bursts from the glass with freshness and a signature aromatic lift. Classical varietal herbal notes open up in the glass—tomato leaf, sage, and green pepper—then melt into more delicate hints of elderflower and bright citrus. On the palate, it is crisp and nicely vertical, driven by a flinty minerality that keeps the mouth watering and calling for the next sip.
Appearance
Bright, brilliant straw-yellow
Nose
Classic varietal aromatics: white peach and sage, with lifted notes of tomato leaf and fig, plus distinctive boxwood foliage.
Palate
Easy-drinking, yet pleasantly refined - fresh and elegantly balanced
Food pairings
A natural match for fish dishes, shellfish and crustaceans, carpaccio, and fresh asparagus
Serving temperature
10-12 °C

Pinot Grigio Doc Collio

100% Pinot Grigio
The "violet" reference pays tribute to the naturally coppery, blush-toned skin of this noble grape. Our Pinot Grigio expresses refined elegance, opening gradually with floral notes of acacia and chamomile, layered with ripe white-fleshed fruit—pear on top—and a subtle echo of sweet almond. In the mouth, it is enveloping, structured and silky, balancing a smooth softness with a finely etched, elegant savoury minerality.
Appearance
Bright, deep golden-yellow
Nose
An elegant floral bouquet lifted by hints of acacia blossom
Palate
Broad and expansive in the mouth, with a generous, wide-structured palate typical of the Collio. It shows a more pronounced sense of sweetness, roundness, and overall harmony.
Food pairings
Versatile: from cured-meat and seafood starters to richer, well-seasoned first-course dishes. Particularly well-suited to flavourful fish dishes.
Serving temperature
10-12 °C
